The negotiations of terms and contracts when buying a yacht can prove both complicated and challenging. SeaNet works alongside top legal and construction teams, technical experts and of course arranges all the necessary surveys and sea trials to ensure that every yacht delivered to a SeaNet owner is pure perfection. SeaNet guides buyers on which yacht best suits their requirements and will assist with negotiating the complicated terms and contracts, ensuring that buying a yacht is a transparent and enjoyable experience. With SeaNet, owners receive full representation throughout the contract negotiation process. BUILD SUPERVISION AND OWNER REPRESENTATION

The look and feel of the yacht are of the utmost importance but so too are the design, durability, stability, and technicality of the yacht and too often these elements are overlooked. SeaNet’s New Build Services provide a personal experience to ensure the yacht delivered is the yacht you chose. SeaNet will personally visit the shipyard every 6-8 weeks throughout the build journey and will even spend the final 3-6 months of the build on-site to make sure that every element is in-line with the contract specifications.
